In addition to the standard homeowner's insurance coverage, a premier home policy
will provide the following enhancements.
Property Insurance - Extended replacement value for the dwelling; Contents
are covered at replacement cost; "All-risk" coverage for both the dwelling and contents;
Enhanced coverage for art, computers, jewelry, furs, silverware, guns and more;

Premier Homeowner Eligibility Rules
To qualify for the preferred rates of our specialty homeowner insurance program,
eligible clients will display the following characteristics:
- Owner occupied single family home (primary location)
- No prior bankruptcies, tax or credit liens.
- Replacement cost value of the home must be at least $300,000.
- Above average credit score.
- No more than 2 non-weather related claims
- Home may not be more than 20 years old
